Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have no scent or fragrance on it.

If you are not satisfied with the fit of the item you receive and would like to exchange it for the same item in a different size, we are able to accommodate this dependent on stock availability. Before making your purchase please take a look at our size chart, as we are unable to exchange your garment if stock is unavailable or the item you’d like to return is sold out.

Please note that return courier costs will not be the responsibility of Xariah. If you are eligible and you’d like us to arrange collection and delivery for your domestic exchange please communicate this with us: the courier cost will be R160 if you are based in CPT (R80 each way) door-to-door collection & delivery, payable prior to collection. If you are outside of CPT it is R220 nationwide (R110 each way)

If you’d like to arrange your own Courier, please communicate this with us. Please note you’ll be responsible for the courier both ways.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged . We do not accept products that are intimate such as jumpsuits, bodysuits or leggings etc.

Refunds
Unfortunately refunds are not applicable. Exchanges however, if applicable, can be made within the 7 day time frame.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are unused & defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@xariah.com and we will make suitable arrangements for the exchange to take place given there is still stock available to exchange it for. You may only exchange an item once for an alternative size, style or gift card; thereafter we do not accept exchanged items for a secondary exchange, so please pick wisely.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us on: info@xariah.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you by chance receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we are able to arrange door-to-door collection & delivery at R160 (R80 each way) for CPT and R220 (R110 each way) nationwide, payable prior to collection.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs

Xariah does not cover any customs or tax charges that may be applied by the courier when delivering to certain countries (outside of South Africa), customs are to be paid by the receiver.
