Standard (RSA) - Allow 2 - 5 working days for door-to-door standard delivery.

Express Delivery - Allow 1 - 2 working days for doorstep express deliver.

International - Allow 7 - 10 working days for door-to-door standard delivery.

Pre-order items - Allow 10 - 12 working days for door-to-door delivery.

Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email/text with your tracking info & Shipping confirmation: Please allow some time before tracking your parcel.

It can take up to 24 hours for the courier to book a parcel into their hub, so if you find that there is insufficient information available when you track your parcel, please wait a little while and try again. The Courier may experience a slight delay during the South African national lockdown, so please allow 2-3 working days from the receipt of this email for your package to reach you.

 

International shipping? Rates are calculated at checkout, as we are working with DHL to deliver to countries outside South Africa.
