HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been successfully placed. This email will consist of your order number and a summary of what you ordered. If you've placed an order and successfully made payment but do NOT receive a confirmation email within 1hr of placing your order please send an email to info@xariah.com. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched according to shipping method selected at checkout – our shipping information can be found here

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, we can not change your delivery address once an order has been confirmed & placed. Please carefully check your address details are up to date before you submit your order. 

CAN I CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

Please make sure you have entered all of the correct details & are completely happy with your order before finalising it, as orders can not be cancelled or updated once confirmed. Our fulfilment centre is automated & order processing starts immediately once the order is finalised to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will need to follow the returns process once you receive your delivery. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM?

For size exchange, email us on info@xariah.com with the details of what you'd like to exchange & for what. Ensure you mention your order number in your email to us. We do not offer returns or refunds on garments. See the full return policy details here.
